Donna has been writing for 29 years and has held several positions–all involving writing: As a reporter and columnist for news and current events, and a senior copywriter for advertising agencies and a technical writer for various projects and clients, and as a Technical Writer, managing messaging and information for various projects, processes and procedures. And as a Change and Project Manager, she creates communications messaging, materials, training and steps to manage and integrate Enterprise Resource Planning.

She is a currently the Editor and Designer for Oil & Gas Network Magazine, GPS Magazine and Global Petroleum Show Daily, now an annual event in Calgary.

Formerly, she served as editor for the Petrolia Topic and Mainly for Seniors magazine, reporter and city columnist for the Sarnia Gazette, former publications manager and senior writer for Farm Forum and Food for Thought Magazine. She was also a columnist, reporter and special projects writer for seven years with the Calgary Herald and the canada.com network. Donna is also proud to be a former correspondent, associate producer and production assistant for CBC Radio One in Windsor and Toronto for five years.

She has also worked as part of an award-winning team, writing and producing award-winning content for advertising and communications projects for such clients such as World Petroleum Congress, Canadian Pacific Railway, Shell AOSP, Nexen Chemical, SaskTel, DirectWest, Saskatchewan Roughriders and SaskEnergy/TransGas.
